2007-2018 JEEP JK CONTROL ARMS
Step 1: Jack up vehicle and support with jack stands.
Step 2: Using 19 mm socket remove lug nuts.
Step 3: Measure control arms then remove using 21 mm socket and wrench.
Step 4: Measure new lower control arm set to proper length. Then tighten using 21 mm socket and wrench, torque to spec.
Step 5: Remove heat shield from upper control mount using 10 mm socket.
Step 6: Measure the stock upper control arm, remove using 18mm socket and wrench. Then install new upper control arm set to length and torque to spec.
Step 7: Using 10 mm socket reinstall the heat shield.
Step 8: Jack up rear of vehicle, support with jack stand and remove wheels using 19 mm socket.
Step 9: Measure the lower control, remove using 21mm socket and wrench. Then install new lower control arm set to length and torque to spec.
Step 10: Measure the upper control, remove using 21mm socket and wrench. Install new upper control arm set to length and torque to spec.
Step 11: Jack up vehicle from frame letting the suspension droop and tighten all jam nuts TWICE and retorque after 100 miles.
